Carbs are not bad. All your cells run on carbohydrate.

It's the combination of refined sugars and saturated fat, that make it bad. Most people always combine carbs with fat or cook them with (nasty) oils.

Those juices are not sugary, it's mostly veggies. Red bellpeppers; beetroot; celery; tumeric ginger & lemon
