Use member :)

Trying it now. It's showing my follows. How is it different. Why are all other clients refusing to show my follows while member works fine. Is this stored locally too on a separate database?

Member is quite conservative about not bulk deleting follows.

Follows are a replaceable event, so each time you add a follow, it sends your whole follow list again. If your client 'forgets' to do this, it replaces your follow list with an empty list.
