Whats the hardest thing you have ever experienced?
I will immerse myself mentally as if it was myself having the experience, and use it to build mental fortitude during my next meditation.

Betrayal of someone I loved but the hardest part was realizing I had to take some accountability - that my decisions played a role in what happened. Then following a complete restraining of who I am - and not listening to what society thinks I am. 🫠
