Ok, so if people who lost their land inz say, 1919, got it back, and were given full Israeli citizenship and treated like anyone else, no better and no worse, would it be ok?

Or the land has to belong to their own country (let's call it country X)?

And how far back does the land has to be? 1919, 1890, etc?
