Yeah, it's getting easier

My surgical wound is almost heal and when at home I don't need to wear the sling

I go back to the doc on Wed, so hopefully he'll give me some more rehab exercise to do

The upper trap muscle stayed smaller on the broken side for me as well, but I think that is from the severed nerves from doing the surgery.

Heard. I’ve put my body through far more pain than probably needed. Too many muscle sprains & breaks when younger.
