I have friends that watch on the sideline and still wait for their hypothesis that it's a bubble and that it's similar to the dotcom crash.

It's wild. Like they will congratulate me but then be like ya I'll stick to my 7-10 percent through the s&p 500... Have fun breaking even at best and at worst losing yourp purchasing power, year over year.
