You suggested "if you notice they aren't curious to learn then its best to let reality teach them." How am I supposed to interpret this?

Why would they give a shit what someone thinks about their beliefs if they aren't criticial or mindful? Sure their strongly held beliefs are part of their identity, but why would they care what some idiot like you or me thinks about their identity if other people's thoughts and beliefs weren't inherently valuable to them as a human being?

When someone argues with you, you should see it as a virtue and a compliment, no matter how crude or rude they are. That's what I do.

I argue with fools all the time. It brings me great joy and fulfilment. I appreciate you arguing to defend your beliefs. I think that demonstrates confidence and openmindedness.
