1. US as a famous county in which whistleblowing has been well used for historically long and its positivity is widely recognized. However, I do believe that it has not been fully used with efficiency, otherwise the bubble in some certain industries would not have been in the situation of nowadays.

2. Regarding to the profession of Journalism, I assume this title is a bit overstated due to the qualification and creditability are so much varied by personal by facts in reality. I assume that is why the weight and value of Pulitzer Prizes is not anything that can be easily won by anyone.
