I said the Constitution enshrined American values in the Bill of Rights. But that is also the psyop - by centralizing power and undermining the Federation, the Constitution served as cover for ceaseless attacks on those same values. It panders a good message while doing the opposite.

Set up as a system of (good, at first) amendments allowed insertion of taxation, legal tender, and other forms of enslavement, protected under the Constitution and sold as protecting the people.

what "values" and legal protections do you speak of?

you said it "said all the right things" which is different than "enshrined american values" - "enshrined" implies protected whereas the first statement seems to state it was all flim-flam...?
