In Czech Republic they sell good Czech pills. I'm not a going to McDonald's (except to pee if there is no other option) but I've heard it from some friends. And to be honest I prefer that Czech model with beers 🙃, at least the product comes from local suppliers and you know what's inside. I can imagine that this McFalafel is probably made by McDonald's, so has very little to do with real food (done the same way as anything else they produce themselves... full of poison / chemicals). And no need to rename anything 😎 For example, Pilsner Urquell. Who knows this brand is also aware of their quality. So no there's no McWhatever beer thing 😂
