Court martial is sometimes used against this kind of thing. I've seen one... It was very one sided. Only a complete idiot would think a court martial is actual justice. The guy in that case did do wrong, but he lost everything, dishonorably discharged, and the hearing was decided before it started. And it was used as a show to terrorize everyone else. So...
