New suggested policy for anyone who wants to hold public office:

- Must be able to articulate a Bitcoin thesis.

- Must take a heroic dose of psilocybin (or other organic plant medicine) and articulate in what domains their mind/perspective has changed.

One is fine; both is preferred. Anything we would want to add?
