If there's a dry spell of creativity in the film industry, perhaps it's best to consider other forms of entertainment.

There's books, audiobooks, video games, and spending more time with family and friends. Heck, take the time to go out more. Learn a new skill. Don't compromise your standards in sync with Hollywood's creative decline.

You don't HAVE to keep consuming as much of a single form of entertainment as always.

So true. Hollywood has been slop since 2020.

I'd say it started earlier but it's certainly fallen off a cliff since then on average.

It’s likely why I’ve watched Clint Eastwood’s Gran Torino three times this month while the weather has been shite.
