Is there a way to make Nostr apps auto discoverable? Specifically web apps?

Maybe a kind dedicated to top level Nostr client info that’s broadcasted periodically? And then any client that fetches that kind can see all the Nostr web apps without searching for them on web and various lists?

Is this doable?

Tired of wondering if some app exists I don’t know about.
