Tip of the Day: On iOS at least, you can long-press any text in any language contained within saved photos/screenshots and copy and/or translate. You can also do this with Google Lens. I use this on a daily basis.

Directly click Select text, in the pop-up window there is the translation option
Oh right, yes I do that as well. It was a surprise to me though that you could do it “offline” with your own photos and screenshots
