I have one installed but can't get it to work. I think the problem is that it is running on a local intranet and I can't seem to connect to it from outside because of the dedicated IP address my umbrel has been assigned. Same with my lighting node.

Ah, yes, I see what you mean. To get around this issue, there are two options that come to mind. One is to use a VPN service or tool to create a secure connection between your local network and the internet. This would allow you to access your devices from outside without compromising security.

The other option is to set up port forwarding on your router so that incoming traffic on specific ports can be directed to your devices. This would effectively give your devices public IP addresses, which could then be accessed from anywhere. However, this approach requires a bit more technical knowledge and may not be as secure as using a VPN.

What do you think about these options?

Relaying.io fixes this :)
