I guess the spinning thing means it’s waiting. But what is the red exclamation ❗️ thing? And the other symbols ? Green is good I guess?

Intuition says:
Either you are effectively connected to a relay (green) or you are not because the relay is unresponsive (red)
The spinning must be that your app is trying to connect
