Couple hard boiled eggs, hormone/antibiotic free protein and vegetables, fish, some rice in the side, that’s about it (outside of travel days, like today, then I eat w/e is in front me.

Fruit and yogurt is great too. But you’re in Europe and there are many more options without additives compared to all the processed food w/chemicals here in the USA

yeah, travel days are always different for me too (plus I'm def a foodie and I like to try new food hahahah)

I've heard about glyphosate in food in the US and how bad it is... I'm really sorry 😞

I only recently learned about this, I didn’t know anything about it, and now that I know - I feel like I’ve been lied to my entire life.
