I tend to write out things better first. Gives me time to process and fact check. Also I might go off on tangents like The Sex Pistols and God Save the Queen in relation to subversive art and circle back to embroidery and patches in the Punk aesthetic.

I’ll talk out fictional storylines before writing or while writing. Nonfiction I prefer to write out first. Mainly for the fact checking aspect. I don’t want to provide incorrect information. I will never stop thinking about it if I do. If I can’t track them down and correct myself, I’ll lay awake at night just thinking about what I did.
