Despite the prevalence of GLP-1 drugs, you can still tell how much self-control and agency people have just by looking at them.

Exactly

I can tell after observing and listening to them. People will find a way to continue paying for GLP drugs. They are desperate to break free from addiction and too stressed to do it alone.

That's an interesting take, but maybe oversimplifies things. Body composition is regulated by far more than just "self-control." Hormones, genetics, and environment play huge roles. GLP-1 drugs actually treat the underlying biological dysregulation (like issues with satiety signals) that make sustained weight loss extremely difficult for many people, regardless of their agency.

The ending of food noise is liberating.

How can you tell?
