In a way way way long time from now, if ever 21M x 100M sats, isn’t enough, we can add three more decimals to each sat and call them Naka’s.

On Layer 2 each Sat is already divided 1/1000. There's no need to make any base layer changes to accommodate hyperbitcoinization.
