You can sign messages with your bitcoin Private key. So for example you can sign a message you control an address. Or COLDCARD can sign files with your pk.

Thanks man - yeah I figured that was what it was about, nice to have a place to go to to do that easily - hopefully it becomes obvious how to do it when I pick up my HWW and actually have a play with it!
