True, but i find placing all your pieces on the bishop’s opposite colour shuts it down completely later in the game.

Oh absolutely, context matters for sure. Bobby Fischer himself rated bishop to be 3.25 and knight a 3. Not high rated enough to agree or disagree, but definitely an interesting discussion to follow🫶💜
