If you're not wanting (or can't afford) a fat steak every night for dinner, try this simple liver pรขtรฉ recipe. Beef liver is one of, if not the most nutrient rich foods on the planet. And its hella cheap. I think this pack of pre-sliced liver was $4.00 maybe. Each sliver is like eating a whole steak nutrition wise. I just made that up, but pretty sure it's true. Anyways, just fry these up in some quality butter or tallow. (I used wagyu tallow. Can put link below.) Then throw em in a food processor with a handful of chopped garlic and onions and mix it up. It will take a minute unless you add a little water to loosen it up. Then I put it in a bowl and stir in a spoonful of mayo just to make it creamier, but it's not required. Season with salt and pepper or experiment with other seasonings until you love it. I have it on toast every morning. It's like having the nutritional value of steak all week for $4. That's all. GN.

It is the most nutrient rich because its the most toxin rich

Depends on where it's coming from. Non-factory farmed cows are better I'm sure. But I get the idea. It's a filter. But cows mostly eat grass. Now eating a modern humans liver would probably be pretty dangerous.

Thats a very optimistic view, from a logical point of view completely unrealistic to just assume every meat your eating is actually only eating grass
