You know someone is an NPC if they won't cross the street, even with no cars for miles, when the sign says don't cross.

I always walk past them and just laugh inside

I see them all the time.

There's a difference between people who wait for permission and people who seek opportunity.

When I pass them I always look at them and they look at me in mutual confusion.
