Telegram is garbage. Wouldn't touch with a 10-foot pole.
No one really likes it, but there wasn’t a way to quickly spin up a group for over 100 members that everyone could join. We tried Keet and nobody could figure it out. SimpleX wasn’t available yet, and also doesn’t have a lot of features like multi-topic discussion.
