I could not send through amethyst but I was able to send directly to his lnurl from the wallet app. I think this bug specifically applies only when 2 wallet of satoshi addresses try to zap each other in amethyst. From what I have gathered it seems any other wallet can zap through amethyst to a wallet of satoshi just fine. But only when a wallet of satoshi address tries to zap another one through amethyst this error happens.

But his lnurl works just fine as I sent him 21 through the WoS app.

This is very strange. The server is sending that message directly when creating an invoice. So, it's not even trying to pay yet. It's just create a new invoice for you to send the payment....

Neither after the error happens I have to go to WoS app directly, amethyst does not auto open it if that is what you mean.

And no other app is forcing Tor on Amethyst?

I ask because I tried to pay through Tor and got the same error.

Oh whoops orbot was forcing tor on amethyst even though I disabled it in settings I had orbot on. So now after trying again with Orbot off I am now receiving this error instead!

Maybe this is my issue, does wos not automatically send the sats when I hit the zap icon? It seems to receive(at least sometimes), but cant send

Okay, learning more. I'm now trying to set up the NWC. I'm accessing some options by long pressing the zap icon. But still struggling from there. Three blank fields.

Using nwc is not gunna fix it you can use that if you wish but it's a bug we have to wait it out for the patch which is why i'm saying just do it directly from the Wallet of Satoshi app for now.

I don't think WOS supports NWC do they? They need to give you the link to post in those fields.

I can zap them fine, WoS to WoS using Amethyst fwiw.

Spinning wheel. Web says wos doesn't support sending zaps directly from amethyst.

I might be doing it wrong? I just put in all the wos info in amethyst and then zap by hitting the icon. Then I get spinning wheel. Nothing shows up in wos. I dropped a bunch of relays. Still hasn't worked but I'll keep trying

I realized I need to set up NWC in some options by long pressing the zap icon. Do I put my nostr private key at the wallet connection secret? Are you familiar with this?
