It's not bad, was simplying trying to say that it is unfortunate that more people won't have the economic advatage of early adoption.

It is only bad for people who live in unfair states with lots of corruption. Otherwise through the state everyone profits from gains of the treasury.
That makes absolutly no sense. Not only do citizens not profit from gains of the treasury, but the state is the least efficient and least equitable distributor of captial (see Cantillon Effect).
