I find cardio fun if I'm learning tricks so I do pole dancing. Maybe an equivalent is jump rope or another type of dancing? I also take my dog on walks daily and do short sprints. Dog fren?

I do pole dancing too! So fun.

Dance in general. Especially in closed rooms at home all alone and you know no one is watching lol
