It's been a fun journey these last couple years!

Main takeaways from the diet/exercise experimentation I've done so far:

If your goal is to lose bodyfat/get lean as quickly and effectively as possible, strict lion diet (fatty red meat + salt + water) plus OMAD (1 meal a day) is the way.

If you want to bulk up/gain weight as quickly and effectively as possible, adding dairy and upping your daily meals for more protein injections throughout the day is the way to go (understanding the tradeoff that it will make you a bit puffier, but you can always go Lion later to trim off the softness).

I still have a lot of learning to do on the weightlifting front. As of now, the routine I feel my body likes best is Mike Mentzer-style workouts (2 sets only of each exercise, one warmup and one burnout to failure), every other day (which is more frequent than he recommends - I feel like it's warranted since my muscles recover so quickly from being on carnivore). I feel like I'm leaving a lot of optimization on the table here since my recovery time is so much faster without carbs. I'm planning on bringing some experts onto the podcast in the near future to rack their brains and build a killer carnivore exercise plan.

ONWARD 💪🥩

Good change!

Why did you spend one year without exercise?

Super busy travel schedule plus grinding 24/7 on building the podcast + nostr:nprofile1qy88wumn8ghj7mn0wvhxcmmv9uq36amnwvaz7tmwdaehgu3wvf5hgcm0d9hx2u3wwdhkx6tpdshsqg9reca30rdsxrzmmnwar2nun2gj0m930ut00k40tkppdpstwkyd8seh69m0

Excuses obviously, but I was just in 100% work mode and didn't carve out the time for it

Haha good that you admit it is an excuse.

So on the so called “lion diet” is there any ratio of grams according to your weight?

I eat mainly meat but also other stuff , I usually eat once a day maybe two but really charged.

But if I want to try the lion diet what advice will you give me?

I've never measured anything - just get the fattiest cuts you can (since fat is your new energy source) and eat until you're full for every meal! It's the simplest, easiest diet possible, which is why it's so awesome.

Excelent change I should say! Good sounds mediocre, your change wasn’t mediocre 💪🏼

Carnivore & Honey diet would have you looking like Arnold

Carnivore is the way.

Once you've experienced the benefits there's really no going back.
