There is a free web site to do it: spaces down.com

You can request a download of your Twitter account data in Settings. When it becomes available like a WHOLE DAY LATER, you can download it and it will have the audio files of the spaces you've been in the last 30 days. They are in a weird audio format but easy to convert.

use something like the following… route the audio of a browser you don’t use often, to a daw input, make sure levels are right, mute the daw… go about your day. Could do this while you live.

On Mac:

or the core tech of that is https://github.com/mattingalls/Soundflower

on arm: https://github.com/ExistentialAudio/BlackHole

on pc: https://voicemeeter.com
