Now read carefully, brave adventurer, as the forgotten book of knowledge, that once foretold the arrival of a worthy redeemer of the treasure, reveals its first secrets. It says:

“clryw”

Yes, you read that correctly. clryw.

This is the first set of characters of a Lightsats (@`lightsats`) tip ID that pays whoever redeems it, 25,000 sats i.e. 0.00025 bitcoin.

The URL to eventually claim the bounty is structured as follows:

lightsats.com/tips/”ID”

“ID” is a string of 25 alphanumeric characters - the first 5 of which you have now learned. In order to participate in the game, you should repost this note (or not) and pay attention.

When this note gets 5 reposts, the 2nd string of characters will be posted. When that note gets the previous +5 additional reposts (i.e. 10 reposts in this case), another will be posted, etc. The fourth note will have to have 20 reposts for the final note to be posted.

When this happens and the final string is posted, the very last character will have been left out…

Instead, the note will come with a riddle, whose answer will be the last character of the invoice ID. Whoever guesses the last letter first, assembles the invoice URL and redeems the sats shall… well, be the new rightful owner of said sats, of course.

SATOSHEE TREASURE HUNT #1

You and your merry band of buccaneers pool together your supplies and resources, and set sails through the secret gateway. Your first destination is a nameless island, where the locals are supposedly the only people who know how to properly navigate the seas in which the treasure is located. Reach the island and find a navigator, and he shall give you further instructions. The duration of the voyage to the island is said to take around 15 days.

What that is meant to convey is simply:

When this post gets 15 reposts, the next string of characters for the 25k satoshi treasure are posted.

Once you reach the destination, mention to the navigator the third part of the secret code, so that he will know what it is that you are looking for. The third part goes as follows:
