Leptospirosis vaccination in the UK is often a contentious topic.

It is very difficult to parse the data to figure out if widespread vaccination is the reason diagnosis is so low, or if the disease itself is uncommon.

The most recent study does seem to suggest that income of the area the dog lives in has a major effect, and this would support a link to better healthcare and generally better vaccination status.
