How would PRs be available for review before being pushed I'm all for removing discussion from the GitHub and making the developer space more free from non technical discussion but the PRs need to be available and there should be a place for discussion from non tech people. Idk what that solution looks like but I'm open to proposals.

I'm sure it must be frustrating to have "not-technical feedback" enter the discussion, but isn't this the price to pay for open-source? I'm sure they still have a more private forum to discuss only among themselves before publishing on github. And is the outside interference really so impactfull to require this?

Seems like a big move into a more closed/exclusive space and this does not arouse positive reactions...factoring in also the timing when core just had problems with the "op-debate" which could have been communicated in a better way (seems like instead of trying to improve their public relation skills they want to close even more, does not seem the right approach to me). More communication, even if hard and slower, seems better approach than closing-in with less communication.
