Sorry, should have mentioned I'm on mobile. The data is certainly not timing out as it's still showing the old information.

I just tested it locally by setting the expiration time to 1 hour. It does clear expired cache and re-fetches when no cache is available.
The cache cleanup only happens one minute after opening the page, so if you haven’t used it for over a minute, it won’t trigger. Also, if you keep the page open, it won’t run the cleanup again.

Not the relay page, just keeping Jumble open for a minute will trigger the cache cleanup.

Yes it works now, except the avatar image in the bottom menu bar.
And it seems that loading in the note works but clicking on the image results in an error:
