the reason I am asking is because I follow 1881 people on #nostr however, every single day about 10-15 influencer accounts is what's being displayed on top of of that. always the same. the same awesome folks. however, it begs to wonder how is that discoverability problem being solved here? it's a bit of an echo chamber within a huge void.

is there literally no formula that is used to determine what's being displayed? is it based on highest number of reactions+zaps+influencer status? is it a random roster?
