I doubt it. Highlights are #Nostr events, similar to the notes we see on the most popular clients. Tried to find more info or a GitHub page, but I failed 😅
Is editability of highlights something you are considering in the future, #[4]​?
not for editable highlights; but yes to delete highlight events, I just haven't gotten around to it, but very soon after.
