New to nostr here, i have a question, what are "trusted pubkeys"? Are there like two different levels of pubkeys? I'm pretty much sure i skipped something somewhere.

Nope. Likely has to do with some (probably terrible) WoT (web of trust) thingy.
According to stats.nostr.band
"Trusted pubkeys/users are public keys with non-zero trust rank", and they define Trust rank here: https://trust.nostr.band/
Beav is right that this is one of very specific "scores" that as a user you can ignore (plenty of legit accounts without nip05, Nevermind whatever is nostr.band definition of "good provider").
