Ok. I had something similar happen on my node. In my case, it had something to do with a corrupted file in my chain state folder. Not saying that's what your issue may be. So I don't wanna tell you what I did, but I suggest is posting your logs from your Bitcoin app in the community forum. To find that, go to your umbrel desktop, and right over the Bitcoin icon, then click 'troubleshoot". Screenshot the terminals output and add that to your post with a description of the issues you're having. It'll help the community get a better visual of what you got going on.

Hopefully you won't have to re-sync. 😊

That is a perfect plan! Thank you indeed !

Well, I exhausted everything I could find that seemed related to my issue , I’ll have to post something in that community now to see if I can get help to fix my node and recover my on and off chain savings .. what a mess ,, I have to wonder if somehow having that coinos wallet jacked my stuff up, very skeptical of that right now . I mean if you read their TG group you’d have a hard time not being ,, one of their so called technicians said I’d have to fork over 3 million sats to fix my wallets issue , of coarse he said I’d get it back, no way Jose .

I finally ended up having to uninstall everything and start syncing again , this time it gave me some block errors that caused corrupt file system errors , I think I may have a faulty drive , brand new , should be easy to swap out .. let’s hope my recovery phrase works

So I pretty much reinstalled my node , it started syncing , then I got a block error from my ssd , at least that points to my issue , after that it juts kept Looping and eventually stopped starting up .. I’m working on running diagnostics on my drive , it’s a new 4tb drive , if the utilities can’t help I will get it replaced .. juts gotta hold onto my seed phrase ! lol
