It got me into the habit of budgeting! Now, I actually have a spreadsheet of my monthly and annual expenses and I try to operate within that, parking all extra savings in #bitcoin

I don’t do loans. I save from my monthly income. I’ll tell you bud, making a budget was the best thing I did. Even small things like my Primal subscription are in that spreadsheet. I know exactly what I save and where I invest it
I always took loans for cars and I don't have a house, so for me this seemed the best way to go with Bitcoin.. but I understand what you mean. I'm also watching my money a lot more
Thankfully, I never had to save for a home. Dad invested in a very nice house and I now live with mom and help out financially. I do not AT ALL care about cars. I’m still driving my 2015 Honda. I am a miser and a spendthrift. I spend the most on my pet dogs. I think my only indulgence is gadgets. Rest, I save and invest in #bitcoin

Since Bitcoin I also don't care about cars anymore. Driving a 2011 VW right now.
I spend most of my spare money on sats and things to improve my health/life..

I remember my late dad was very prudent with his money, carefully investing in stocks and funds
I’m neither as patient as him nor as smart. #bitcoin is so simple
#bitcoin is so precious and special, I feel guilty wasting money on anything unnecessary outside my budget. It’s given my life meaning and purpose 😂😂
