We watched the Obama and Julia Roberts flic last night. So how has that effected my thinking?! I wondered for a minute.

Then my sister pops in "hey, we're going to the grocery store, need us to pick you up anything?!"

Me: $200 of canned goods. Mix it up a bit. Don't care what.

Not financial advice, but if this movie does well I suspect the stocks for those canned goods companies are going to see a spike. I no longer invest in fiat. But if I did, maybe that's what I'd do.

Some say.. that film is predictive programming.

I consider myself to be in that camp as well. But I'm keenly aware of how it might effect my thinking. So far, nothing I wouldn't normally have done. Like filling up my basement with some canned goods. I like Tesla tech, but would never have one for the reasons they showed in that movie. Felt this way before the movie, so nothing new to consider there.

My home has a lead-lined cellar. A remnant of the Cold War era. I hope to live in it with cured meats, cheese and wine when the neighbours nuke each other.

Actually, I’d rather move closer to the blast and get it over with. πŸ˜„

Lo-tech and no tech is the way to go. There is no school like the old school.

Haha. The lead lined cellar is a feature not a bug.

My thinking is in line with yours on that front. For sure.
