What are your go-to workout jams?

All depends on the mood/energy level and workout.
Mainly, some sort of house. But I’ll go early 2000s rap, or hard rock too. Used to crush Metallica in team workouts so I’ll do that every now and then.
I generally don’t cross genres during the workout, cuz I get too distracted easily lol.
I get that, I have a couple different ones for different vibes. I teach jiu jitsu classes occasionally and I've been working on crafting the playlist to have just the right groove for training.
