How do you verify if you still correctly remember your memorized seed phrase to your cold storage?
I catch myself sometimes on feeling anxiety that I've lost my seed backup and I am unable to restore my wallet.

Buy another HW wallet. Restore it on that one. Erase and do it again later when the anxiety creeps in. You can get a Jade for $50 which is worth every penny of peace of mind.
And just in case your seed is incorrect you have a fresh seed to move your coins to.
