Take note if you are working with IBC totes. They come in coarse and fine threaded versions. Ask me how I know. I managed to swap a couple out so I could get them tied together though. Almost done with this stage of the project.
I work with these every day and prefer the cam-lock style by far. I use fittings made by Banjo.
