I am excited to begin using Nostr as my primary social media platform for all things bitcoin. I began studying bitcoin and blockchain as a master's student at SFU in Vancouver in 2017 and have not stopped since. For my PhD dissertation, I am investigating bitcoin discourse, adoption, and use cases in the context of its increasing popularity and mainstream acceptance. I have interviewed some incredibly intelligent, hardworking, and fascinating people in the space and I am excited to eventually share my findings with fellow bitcoiners.

The CEO of nostr Fiatjaf created this space for highly regarded bitcoiners to be able to talk to each other and practice being less autistic.

It’s not a good sample of general bitcoiners.

We can’t drive boats, can’t resist the smell of fresh crayons, and definitely can’t remember seed phrases.
