I haven't deep dived this topic, but the negative press is terrible... a constant fear push to scare people.
The raw milk I've been purchasing is awesome, I just have to consciously consume it faster than homogenized.
I'll take the extra vitamins and delivery like our ancestors lived, until I'm convinced otherwise. I remember milking grandpa's cow and immediately sampling it warm. My immunity has never suffered from it.
They always talk about risks but not actual documented issues. That'sbecause there are vietually no documented issues.
I get superb raw milk from my local dairy where I also get to pet the cows if I want.
