The most surreal part about watching Back to the Future with my 11yo (on VidAngel) last night was Marty's mid-80s electric guitar thrash session: it was just as foreign to him as it was to the 1955 crowd.

"Why did he kick the speaker??"

"Why is he on the ground??"

mid-80s were fun but let's be honest, the pop/rock music scene was...pretty weird LOL
