Ngl this is spot on. A younger version of me made a way better employee…now, unless I like the person I work for, it’s pretty much I’ll do it when I feel like it..fire me, don’t care

I feel like I’m in this position. I have good work ethic and feel taken advantage of. When I express frustration about it, it’s ignored. I feel stuck in a position I can’t leave financially because again I’m trying to be a responsible parent and provide for my family.

I need to find another source of income or change careers but I’m too scared to leave the stability this job provides.
