They are seeking to divest though. The rumors were that they were referred to tencent. What concerns me is we just got promises about the license situation around D&D. If it gets sold all bets are off. We’re back to publishers and creatives being left with the last open version of D&D.

It’s pretty good. I liked Pathfinder 1e better, but I started on 3.5e D&D so that’s just bias. ❤️

WoTC is just a bad company. I hate to say it, because I trust Tencent about as far as I can throw them, but maybe they'd be a good home for D&D since Eastern companies tend to pay zero cares to nonsensical Western "culture wars."
