That’s exactly right… unless we decide to use IP addresses instead of DNS names. That could be slightly more resilient in this circumstance.
I had proposed doing own DNS root like OpenNIC to have .nostr domain. This would help. Have the Tier2 and Tier1 setup to get approval but could do ourselves. With about 400 relays they could run DNS like Unbound too.
